Minutes
1. Call to Order, Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hainly. A quorum was present. Minutes of the February 7 meeting were approved.
2. President’s Report: Mr. Hainly discussed proposed Tournaments subcommittee activities: weekly Par 3 course and “Mingle with Pros”.
3. Vice President’s Report: Mr. Schepis provided a written report about Golf & Greens Committee activities. KVest purchase and current course conditions discussions were highlighted.
4. Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Palermo & Mr. Brown presented the 2019 budget for approval. Budgeted expenditures were reduced to maintain a positive cash flow this year. Reductions in EOY prizes and dinner subsidy were approved along with budget as presented.
5. Membership Report: Mr. Ambrose reported many new members joining. Will need to restock supplies for welcome packets. Team hats to be distributed to new members. White LMGA hats to be discontinued.
6. Technology Report: Mr. Cunningham reported on Web.com webcam activities. A database evaluation meeting will be held after April Board meeting.
7. Golf Chair Report: Mr. Bellucci & Mr. Skipper described minor proposed changes in LMGA Championship. Suggested changes were approved.
8. Club Captains Report: No report.
9. New Neighbors Golf Chair Report: Mr. Rubin
10. Social Chair Report: Mr. Bunn working with Mr. McGough to bring speaker Tom Coyne to Landings in fall.
11. Old Business: None
12. New Business: Mr. Hainly provided an update on GFAC Cancer tournament participation.
