The game was 18 holes of singles match play. Oakridge recorded its first win of the season, beating Deer Creek 19-15.75. Plantation suffered its first loss of the season, falling to Marshwood 21-19.5. After three matches Marshwood and Plantation have 2 points each in a tie for 1st while Deer Creek and Oakridge are tied for 3rd place with 1 point each.
Dining on the patio at Oakridge, all enjoyed the brats and hot dogs along with the ice cold beverages at the 19th hole. And once again shout-outs to our LMGA folks who make this happen week-in and week-out: President Mike Barber for making the food arrangements; Tom Seipel, Larry Brown and Tom Collins for handling our weekly beverages; and of course John Bellucci and Steve Skipper for continuing to organize our Thursday “outings”. Given the format, no skins were played this week.
