Over 40 folks were able to make it to the frost-delayed match at Marshwood. The game was a “Pick Six” Scramble where teams hit 6 balls from 3 different teeing grounds. There were 2 Flights, an AB and a CD Flight.
In the AB Flight, the scores ranged from a winning 56 to a DFL score of 63. Winning by 3 strokes with the 56 score was the team of team of Machi Cossio, Grant Buchanan, and Ron Monaco. The CD Flight was much more hotly contested where the scores ranged from 54 to 59, a difference of only 5 strokes between the winning team and the DFL team. Winning by 1 Stroke with the 54 score was the team of Jim Golz, David Evans, and Herb Gallagher (now if the other teams only made that putt or two …). Given the Scramble format, there was no Skins competition.
