TLC’s inter-club team had a Low Country match at Crosswinds on March 25. The course was wet, really wet. The greens were terrific, and the planes were coming in every 3 minutes at about 1000 feet. There were 8 teams in the match. Each team consisted of 1 pro, 1 player playing at scratch and then 4 teams of 2, in a best ball format. Scoring was pro & scratch plus 3 net scores from 3 of the 4 remaining 2 man teams. The team from Crosswinds took 1st place with a score of 262, Henderson GC took 2nd place with 262, and the Landings #2 team took 3rd place in a card off. The Landings team featuring pro Chris Leake & Bob Lindenschmidt took first place in the scratch division with a net 65. Don Sturtz
