AGENDA
1. Call to Order, Approval of Minutes: A quorum was present. The minutes of the October 5 meeting were approved.
President’s Report: Mr. Barber reported that Golf and Greens approved a Tournament following the Web.com events. It may be a best –ball event or scramble. There was a discussion of requiring that members post scores within 24 hours of play. If not posted, the player may receive a letter. It was voted to adopt the policy that in future players will be required to post within 24hours and winners who don’t post will forfeit winnings $ and points. .Magnolia will be closed next year for extensive tree removal, beginning in April, after Web.com. Approximate cost will be $450,000.
2. Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Palermo reported that there is $10,500 in the bank. Approximately $4500 in bills to pay.
4. TLC Golf Committee Report: Mr. Barber reported that there are 450 members of LMGA
7. Inter-Club: Mr. Ura reported that Interclub is 50% oversubscribed.
8. Mr. Bellucci will be in charge of LMGA pairings, and assisted by Mr. Skipper.
9. Mr. Hainly led a discussion of pace of play, and of recommendations discussed in detail to improve pace of play, all of which are contained in the attachment to these minutes.
