Inaugural Captain's Challenge and International Street Food Bazaar--Saturday, July 18

This is a brand new event and will be the premier golfing and social event of the summer. Be there, or be square!

All men and women golfing group captains are invited to form and enter as many four-person teams as they can from their golf group. The tournament format will be a friendly two net best balls added together for each hole. We will have a 1:30pm shotgun start. Prizes will be awarded to recognize the talented winners of the top three places in all flights in both the men's and the women's golf group divisions.

After the golfing on the Magnolia and Marshwood courses, we will take over the Marshwood Clubhouse and Pool areas at 6pm for a big beach party and International Street Food Bazaar. The swimming pool will be open with beach music provided by DJ Savannah Steve; those indoors will enjoy live music. Food service will run from 6-8:30pm. Food stations will serve a wide array of wonderful international fare including:

  • All American burgers, dogs & pulled pork
  • Thai/Asian spring rolls
  • Brussels’ fries
  • Sushi
  • Jamaican jerk chicken & whole pig
  • Farmers market fare
  • And ice cream shakes

The entry fee will be $50 per person for both golfing and the party and $40 if you only want to come to the party. Children age 12 and under will be $20. A donation of $10 from each adult registration and $5 from each child registration will go toward The Landings Club Employee Relief Fund.
