Don’t Forget to Sign Up to be Eligible for the Hole-in-One Jackpot.

Thirty-two players have now signed up for the Hole-in-One Jackpot.  The first participant to register an ace during an LMGA event will take the whole pot.  It is only $5 to enter, paid in advance to Gary Anklowitz or your team captain.  No pressure to get involved, but imagine how you’ll feel if you make that ace and have failed to sign up.

Club Cup Results - 3/5/15

In the yearlong Club Cup Completion which replaced last year’s Ryder Cup, the Oakridge team scored a decisive win over Plantation.  Meanwhile Marshwood and Deer Creek battled to tie.  On a year-to-date basis with 2 Club Cup matches completed MW has 3 points; DC has 3; OR has 2 and PL has 0.  [Note that TLC has kindly agreed to grant all Plantation team members free access to the practice ranges during normal operating hours].  Members of the winning teams pocketed a boatload of pro shop credits along with 100 LMGA points.  Not bad for only 4 hours of work with free beer thrown in!
